Aran Goldstein is an accomplished chef and culinary educator with a diverse background spanning multiple continents. His culinary journey began at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont, where he earned an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from 2005 to 2007. Before this, Aran pursued his interest in Sociology at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in 2005. His academic pursuits also took him to Universidad De Sevilla in Spain for an international student exchange program from 2002 to 2003, enriching his cultural and linguistic horizons.

Professionally, Aran has held key roles across various esteemed establishments globally. Currently serving as Chef-Educator at Living Oaks since 2022, he imparts his culinary expertise and passion for cooking to eager learners. He also owns and operates Cook and Live, a venture aimed at sharing his culinary philosophy through workshops and digital content since 2021. His international experience includes a notable stint as Chef at Village Forest School in Montaldo, Italy, where he immersed himself in Italian gastronomy from August to December 2019.

Aran's career highlights also include leadership positions such as Head Chef at Saltbox Kitchen in Concord, Massachusetts, and Chef Instructor at Sur La Table in New York City. His journey has been marked by a dedication to culinary excellence, international culinary engagements, and a commitment to sharing his skills through teaching and advocacy.
